Architect, Ali Doruk, is our guest speaker at the Voyvoda Street Architecture Talks, scheduled for Wednesday, April 14. In his lecture Doruk focuses on the architectural significance of 19th century Istanbul buildings and how they enrich the city's urban fabric. Emphasizing the meaning of older structures as vibrant components of the cityscape, he will discuss ways to incorporate the technology and fixtures of modern living into the interior design of these historic structures.
